They drop iron arrows quite often so OSRS gold it's almost free training. About about 40 to 50, you can train in Hill Giants until 50. After 50, you can go back on the flesh crawlers located in the south-east corner of the room. You'll be able to find them within the square near the closest door to the wall. This applies to both doors. (You can easily earn 75 Str/Range at flesh crawlers.)
If you're hungry Go to World 1 where fishing enthusiasts power the place and offer free salmon or trout. Magic: Train on the mage dumbies until it prevents you from doing so. You'll then have the level of magic required to cast a few curses. You can cast these curse spells on the Zamorak monk who is in the Varrock Castle, which is located on the left side of the staircase.
When you reach the magical level ( I think it's 25, I believe it is) cast Curse on the Zamorak monk. Once you've reached that level, you can also superheat (really fast xp), and you can break even if you build the steel bar) or high alch. Don't pray, just limit your attack to 40 (45 if you get the 3h gravite).
The glacors drop three expensive sets of boots - I believe they're 8M,15M and 22M. They are dropped on average (from my sources I'm not sure if I'm wrong) once every 500-1000 kills. The glacors aren't among the fastest items to kill (albeit they're not the fastest by far).
Let's say that Glacors are dropping around. 15 million for every 500 kills. I'm saying 500 as there are other drops (notably shreds) This helps to account for those drops. Items from Barrows are dropped in the average, around 1:15 according to IIRC. These items are ranging from 50K to 1.7M at present. Most of them are below 1M and under some are even above 1M. So let's say 1M every 15 runs . This accounts for runes as well as other things as well. Barrows is very cheap and buy rs 3 gold you end up with lots of blood/death runes left over if you are using Polypore (which you must).
